Dark cocoa meets deep, unrefined jaggery — the grown-up chocolate syrup you wish you'd had on your childhood pancakes.
We start with raw jaggery from small Maharashtrian mills and pair it with deep, alkalised Dutch cocoa. No glucose syrup, no corn, no artificial stabilisers. Just a long, slow reduction until the two tastes settle into something that behaves like chocolate but tastes like it was made for adults.
Pour it into espresso and it turns into a mocha that doesn't need sugar. Drizzle it over kulfi and it tells the refined-sugar version to go sit down.
Ingredients: Unrefined jaggery (organic, from small Maharashtra mills),
Dutch-processed cocoa powder, filtered water, natural vanilla extract, sea salt.
That's it. No glucose syrup. No corn syrup. No preservatives.
No artificial colours. No stabilisers. No shelf-life extenders. No refined white sugar.
