We dust slow-roasted foxnuts with alkalised Dutch cocoa and glaze them with a thin jaggery coat that sets into a crisp shell. The result is the lightest chocolate snack you will ever eat.
Over cereal they become dessert. In a yoghurt bowl they become breakfast. On their own, late at night, they become a reason to stop ordering dessert on delivery apps.
Ingredients: Whole foxnuts (makhana, large grade, from Bihar), unrefined jaggery, Dutch-processed cocoa powder, cold-pressed coconut oil, sea salt.
That's it. No hydrogenated fat. No palm oil. No glucose syrup. No preservatives. No refined sugar. Chocolate, but honest about it.
